
So this weeks breakfast meal prep Is a brownie style oatbake
I have to admit its really nice to wake up everyday and not need to make a decision on what I have to make
so everyon at

Double Chocolate Brownie Baked Oatmeal
Calories: 360kcal | Carbohydrates: 49g | Protein: 23g | Fat: 8g
Ingredients
3 cups old fashioned oats
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp butter
10 tbsp liquid egg whites or 2 whole eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup unsweetened apple sauce
4 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1 tsp milk
Instructions
1 Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C).
2 In a large bowl, mix together the oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
3 Add in the egg whites, milk, syrup, 1 tbsp of melted butter, apple sauce, and 2 tbsp of chocolate chips.
4 Spray a 13"x9" pan with oil and add the oat mixture.
5 Top with 1 tbsp of chocolate chips.
6 Bake for 35-40 minutes.
this makes 6 portions to cut it up into 6 portion and ration out
These are a little dry so I've been breaking them up after I nuke them as adding a splash of milk into the bowl
My fox is getting board with the oatmeal bakes for breakfast so we will be trying something differnt next week
